The main goal of this Project is to strengthen competencies of entrepreneurs to run their own successful business. The training envisages three workshops and includes four modules: Marketing, Operations, Communication, and Finance. The expert team will consider each business individually and will together with entrepreneurs find tailor-made solutions for the identified issues.

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the social cohesion and inclusion of unemployed women, especially those from rural areas of Bor. The women will participate in know-how trainings that will improve their knowledge and skills relevant to tourism activities, ultimately improving their socio-economic position and contributing to rural and local tourism development. Relevant rural and tourism development organisations will be engaged through a study tour that will assist in learning how to best support business establishment and improve local tourist offer.

Improving the access to education and ensuring better career prospects for the members of marginalised youth in Bor in order to increase their employability. This will be ensured through organisation of support classes, courses of professional orientation, youth counselling, by empowering parents/guardians to support children in continuing education and vocation selection and by fostering inter-sectorial cooperation between institutions working with children in need.
