The entrepreneur is engaged in production of electrical installation material. The grant will be utilised to procure new production equipment and tools in order to expand the range of products by introducing new final products and to increase productivity and competitiveness. Immediate job creation is 2 new employees and 1 employee in a longer term. Planned CSR activities are comprehensive including support to people with disabilities, children events, donation of products to health and education institutions, renovating local school etc.

The enterprise is engaged in food production. The grant will be utilised to procure the production line for manufacturing an innovative chocolate product - chocolate sticks - in order to expand production and range of products. This will lead to the immediate creation of two new jobs and another 9 in the long term. The enterprise will implement corporate social responsibility activities which will include food donations to local children’s hospitals, training for students, donation of park benches for local parks etc.

The entrepreneur is engaged in the development of business software solutions, web presentations and software for start up companies. Through the grant, ICT equipment will be purchased in order to expand existing software development capabilities, boost productivity by enabling faster data processing and testing and open two new jobs immediately and another eight subsequently. The entrepreneur will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities which will include the provision of internships and ICT trainings for youth, as well as donation of IT equipment to the locals schools.

The entrepreneur is engaged in the production of professional bodybuilding and fitness equipment. The grant will be used to procure equipment for bending steel pipes and machines for plastic coating in order to increase the production capacity and productivity, improve the quality of products and open at least two new jobs. This investment will decrease dependence on other companies that are currently providing sewing services. The corporate social responsibility activities this entrepreneur will be conducting will include the installation of fitness equipment on the children’s playground in the local community.

The entrepreneur is engaged in the production of women's and men's bags and wallets. The grant will be utilised to procure sewing and processing machines, hydraulic presses and cutting and polishing machines in order to expand the range of products and increase the production capacity. This will lead to the immediate creation of three new jobs as well another 8 in longer term. The entrepreneur will conduct corporate social responsibility activities which include support to the National Association of Parents of Children with Cancer – NURDOR.

The enterprise is engaged in programming and the development of software, web and mobile applications and video games. The grant will be utilised to procure new computers and a local computer network and implement the ISO9001 standard in order to increase the quality and range of products and enable the engagement of seven new employees in total. The enterprise will implement corporate social responsibility activities that include the provision of free education and support to humanitarian activities.

The enterprise is engaged in the production of innovative software. The grant will be utilised to procure new servers for data processing and storage in order to support the production of innovative applications in the area of e-commerce and introduce the ISO / IEC 20000 and ISO / IEC 27001 standards. This will lead to the immediate creation of two new jobs and another eights subsequently. The enterprise will conduct corporate social responsibility activities that include the provision of educational activities to local students and humanitarian activities for children.

The entrepreneur is engaged in the provision of digital printing on textile. Through the grant, textile printing machines and IT equipment will be purchased in order to improve the provision of customised printing on clothes and shoes and open two new jobs immediately and another subsequently. Their corporate social responsibility plan predicts the donation of custom printed clothes to local sports events, humanitarian and educational institutions as well as the organisation of a series of educational workshops for youth on the topics of entrepreneurship, finance etc.

Startup Centre Niš will define a working space of 50m2 to be equipped with adequate software and hardware workstations in order to facilitate the work of SMEs from the gaming sector. Also, the three employees in the Startup Centre would be educated on the subject of developing gaming companies, their foreign scaling and global market access, as well as the promotion and branding of the projects. Additionally, interested high school and college students will be educated about the industry.

The Project predicts establishment of ELPROFA – Prototype Factory focused on development of advanced manufacturing technologies and prototyping in the region. ELPROFA will allow SMEs to produce prototypes and small production batches locally i.e. more efficiently and at a much lower cost. This can increase the competitiveness of SMEs by helping them build better products with improved design. Project predicts procurement of 3D modelling and printing machine, development of Handbook and introduction of new services necessary for SMEs in this line of business.

The project aims to support premium food producers from Southeast Serbia in order to contribute to enhanced competitiveness of SMEs in this region. By procuring equipment for food hub which was established by ENECA in a village Vrtište and also providing mentoring support, the organisation will contribute to improved production process and product quality of ten existing hub users and seven new SMEs, as well as ten unemployed women and youth from the National Employment Service (NES). Raising awareness and general visibility of the food hub via digital marketing is also seen as project priority to ensure long term success and project sustainability.

Project will cover two components - the training for cluster employees in business development support (sales and marketing) including the establishment of procedures and policies, and the business missions and conference visits on targeted markets with proper preparation, maximising opportunities in the field and proper follow-up. All materials, lessons learned and contacts will be available to members in the future.

The project consists of the two main groups of activities. First is to support SMEs in the form of training, educational, experience sharing and networking activities to increase human potentials and foster uptake of innovation practices that could lead to improved economic parameters of the SME. Second is to establish EN – INNO physical space in order to provide easy access to academic' expertise for SMEs and facilitate partnerships between SMEs, academia and RDAS. EN-INNO lab will serve for training and co-creation activities and as a working space for young SMEs, students and mentors teams involved in innovation contest.

The project aims to increase competitiveness level of SMEs in construction sector of the Niš region, by introducing standards necessary to expand to the EU market. The EU platform OPEN HOUSE is an established, standard methodology for quality and sustainability assessment of buildings. Ten interested employees from cluster SMEs will be trained as the new professional OPEN HOUSE evaluator. Also, project predicts development of a methodology by the group of experts, based on OPEN HOUSE platform, harmonised with Serbian laws and regulations, for all six groups of criteria for quality assessment and sustainability of buildings. This methodology will become the manual for implementation of standards.

The enterprise for production and installation of ventilation equipment will procure new equipment for automated production of ventilation tunnels which will result in increased productivity and better quality of products. The production currently employs 20 workers while resulting job creation is four immediate posts and additional ten within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages financial donation to the Centre for children with disabilities "Mara" and the Gerontology centre in Niš, as well as scholarships for students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš.

The woman entrepreneur engaged in women clothing production will procure a plotter, a press, sewing machines and PC/laptop that will increase efficiency, productivity and allow for modernisation of the production process. The production currently employs three workers while resulting job creation is one immediate post and additional one within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activities envisage donations of clothes for unemployed single moms that have job interviews, clothes for ladies in the retirement homes and costumes for school events. Additionally, training for textile school students and charity events and support to local cultural manifestations will be organised.

The wood processing (production of construction joinery) micro enterprise will procure CNC machines and tools for wood profiling resulting in more efficient production process, improved quality of the products and reduction of third party dependence and the cost of transportation. The production currently employs five workers while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and additional three within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages replacement of the entrance door to the sanitary facilities of the Special Education School "Bubanj" in Niš.

The metal (industrial biomass heating plants boilers) production small enterprise will procure automated welding and cutting equipment that will enable increase in productivity and revenue. The production currently employs 19 workers while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and additional five within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of financial means to the Paragliding club in Niš, which promotes healthy living.

The metal (hydraulic connections, cylinders and pipes) products processing and production enterprise will procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine for metal cutting resulting in increase in production capacity and product quality. The production currently employs five workers while immediate job creation is one new job and additional five within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of equipment to the Primary School "Radoje Domanović" from Niš that will include laptops for teachers and lazy bag chairs for the school premises intended for school children day care service.

The entrepreneur engaged in production of household ceramic products will procure a laser for cutting inox and steel sheets in order to increase quantity and quality of current products and develop new products: stows for metal and stows for dental prosthetics. The production currently employs three workers while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and additional one within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of pottery kiln for Special Hospital for Psychiatric Diseases "Gornja Toponica" that will be used within clay art therapy with psychiatric patients.

The health (dental) industry entrepreneur providing products for the South Serbia dental market (metal ceramic, zirconium and temporary crowns) will procure a CNC machine for cutting zirconium crowns in order to increase quality of production and introduce new products. The production currently employs seven workers while resulting job creation is three immediate posts and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of blood pressure monitors to emergency care in Niš.

The electronic components production micro -enterprise will procure an automatic optical inspection machine in order to increase productivity and efficiency, and more importantly reduce errors in final products. The production currently employs five workers while immediate job creation is two new jobs and additional three within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activities envisage financial support to the National Association of Parents of Children with Cancer "Nurdor", the Association of people with disabilities "Mara" and a local football club in Niš.

The metal products (billboards, TV mounts, shelves and other metal items) production enterprise will procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine for precise metal processing that would enable technological shift and improvement in quality. The production currently employs three workers while immediate job creation is one new job and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of the company made furniture to the primary school in the village Hum.

The metal (aluminium and PVC joinery) processing micro enterprise will procure new machines for cutting and welding of PVC profiles that have a high technology component and enable the production of innovative products. The production currently employs four workers while immediate job creation is two new jobs and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages financial support to the home for abandoned children in Niš in order to improve the conditions in this institution.

The entrepreneur engaged in the production and installation of plywood and medium density fibreboard kitchen elements will procure a horizontal Computer Numerical Control (CNC) cutter – machine for linear cutting of material. The resulting expansion of product range and increase in production should lead to immediate creation of one new job and one more in the long term in the business that is currently employing two people. The proposed CSR activity envisages equipping Primary School "Lela Popović" with cabinets and kitchen tables in cooperation with the local self-government.

The food (baked goods) production company will procure a new circular rotary vibrating sieve for flour, spiral kneader for dough and a puff pastry machine in order to achieve 30 percent capacity increase and improve the quality of final products. One immediate job post and an additional three within a three-year period will be created. The proposed CSR activities include a donation of the products to the vulnerable groups: children with disabilities, orphans, women victims of violence and older people.
