The metal (various articles) production and processing micro enterprise will procure a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine for metal cutting and drilling resulting in increased production capacity and product quality. The production currently employs two workers while resulting job creation is four immediate posts and additional four within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation and installation of playground equipment for the Parents Association of children with disabilities "Zagrljaj" from Valjevo.

The proposed CSR activity envisages support to local sports developments and promotion of rural tourism.

The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of their own products to the children from vulnerable groups and provision of school bags for kindergarten kids including biodegradable colour pens and brochures depicting examples of possible activities for 2,000 kids in Valjevo.

Provision of a back-up server for the e-permitting system

E-permitting

Improvement of the electronic system for the issuance of building permits through the provision of a back-up server, which will enhance its stability and availability for over 6,500 users that benefit from it every day. Server and network equipment were procured through the project, as well as necessary licences. The aim of this activity was to contribute to the creation of a more favourable business environment by improving the efficiency and transparency of the e-government and, ultimatively, to new investments. At the same time, citizens’ trust in institutions, as well as the quality of services that are being offered through the e-government will also be enhanced.

Improvement of the sewage network in Roma settlement Bair

Local Infrastructure

The construction of 893 metres of new sewage network for the fast-growing urban Roma settlement Bair will improve living conditions of 2,000 Roma people and the working conditions of 24 local businesses that are situated in this central area of Valjevo. The wastewater will be diverted to the Valjevo water treatment plant, while the project will also contribute to better environmental protection by reducing the discharge of harmful substances into the soil and groundwater.
